Our Website/Application uses third-party services like Stripe for payment processing and Google Analytics for website analytics. These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We ensure these third parties adhere to our data protection standards and only process data according to our instructions.

Payment Information

For all financial transactions on our website, we use Stripe. The information required for payment processing is collected and processed directly by Stripe according to their privacy and security policies. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. DumpHero does not store your credit card details.

SMS/Text Messaging

By creating an account with DumpHero, you opt in to receive SMS text messages from us, including account verification codes and job status updates (such as bid accepted). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. No mobile information collected from users will be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We share mobile information only with Twilio, our SMS delivery vendor, solely to transmit these messages on our behalf. SMS opt-in and consent data will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

 

User Rights

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. DumpHero does not knowingly collect information from minors.
